Textbook Information

Online Bookstore:

The online bookstore will be open and available for SUMMER SCHOOL orders beginning April 4, 2011.

Only four Summer School courses require textbooks: Junior High Study Skills, Junior High Pre Algebra, SAT Math, and SAT English. The SAT Math and SAT English classes use the same book.

The Library Summer Hours are from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The online bookstore will be open for 2011-2012 school year orders beginning June 27, 2011.

Selling Your Used Textbooks:

The EZ Drop Text Buyback event will take place in the cafeteria on June 8th from 11:30am until 1:30pm. Bring the textbooks you would like to sell back to MBS with you along with the quote for the books you create on their Web site. Click on the link to the online bookstore above and then select “Sell My Books.” Here is a link to a brochure with directions for creating the quote. EZ Drop Parent Brochure

If you cannot make it to the EZ Drop Buyback or wish to sell your texts directly to another student, there will be a Used Textbook Sale day on campus on July 8, 2011. This sale will take place on La Reina's Senior Patio from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and is sponsored by parents of La Reina students. La Reina High School is not responsible for the sale of obsolete or damaged textbooks. Please be sure to bring copies of the Obsolete Textbooks for 2011-2012 and Required Textbooks for 2011-2012 lists with you the day of the sale. Prior to purchasing any used textbook, be sure to verify ISBNs, obsolete textbooks and your student's list of classes.
