

Monday, October 1, 2012 – Applicants wishing to be considered for the priority round of admissions should submit their applications early, but no later than Friday, January 25, 2013. Decision letters are sent during the first week of March.

Friday, October 5, 2012 – Shadow days are opportunities for prospective students in grades 6 – 10 to visit La Reina and “shadow” a current student for the day. Visitors will attend classes, be treated to lunch in our cafeteria, and have the opportunity to meet teachers and students. Reservations are required. Space is limited.
Sunday, October 28, 2012, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. – This event offers a great opportunity for prospective families or community members to tour La Reina’s beautiful campus, meet students, teachers, parents and alumnae, and to learn more about what makes La Reina the best choice for young women.
Friday, November 16, 2012 – This event is for eighth grade girls interested in learning more about La Reina. This day allows prospective students to experience classes, ask questions of current students, and learn about La Reina’s athletics and activities programs. Lunch is served. Reservations are required.
Saturday, January 26, 2013, 8:00 a.m. OR Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. - Testing for incoming freshman takes approximately 3 – 3 ½ hours. Testing for prospective 7th and 8th graders takes approximately 4 – 4 ½ hours. Applicants should bring a few #2 pencils, a light snack, and a sweater or sweatshirt. Parents are asked to drop the applicants off at their assigned classroom and to depart quickly so that testing can begin on-time and without distraction. Special test preparation is not necessary. Test results are mailed with decision letters in early March.
Wednesday, January 30, 2013 OR Saturday, February 2, 2013 - An option to choose a preferred date and time will be made available during the online application process. Limited appointments are available each date. Apply early to lock-in your preferred date. Interviews last approximately 15 minutes and are for the applicant and at least one parent.

Tuesday, April 30, 2013 - This event will be held in La Reina's cafeteria at 7:00 p.m. In-depth information for parents of newly registered students will be disucssed, including uniforms, books, extra-curricular activities, and more.
Tuesday, April 30, 2013 - The Meet and Greet takes place at 7:00 p.m. in the gym and is a chance for incoming junior high students to meet their classmates and learn about all of the fun that awaits them at La Reina.
