STUDENT CAFETERIA ACCOUNTS - www.EZSchoolPay.com

Students have a cafeteria account to pay for their cafeteria purchases.  Please note:  the cafeteria will accept cash for food.  This year, the Business Office will not be accepting payments to cafeteria accounts; all cafeteria accounts are managed through EZ School Pay.

Parents can deposit funds into a student's cafeteria account through EZ School Pay, using a credit card.

The first step is to register as a parent.  This step will include selecting a password, a password hint and agreeing to the terms of service.  If all information is entered correctly, a short message will be displayed which will instruct parents to expect a validation email.

The validation email will contain a link.  Simply click on this link to activate the account.  To login, click on the "My Students" link.  To add a student, the parent must indicate La Reina's zip code, 91360, and the student's La Reina ID number.  (The student ID can be found on the upper left corner of the report card and on her computer-generated schedule.)

To actually deposit funds into a student's account, follow the "On-line Credits" option.

Since EZ School Pay is provided as a service, there is a $5 convenience fee added to each web-based deposit.   This convenience fee is shown on the payment summary page.

For further information about Student Cafeteria Accounts, contact Mrs. Jodi DeBiasio by email or at 805-495-6494, ext. 336.

  • No post dated checks

LATE FEE
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month.  A $50 late fee is assessed if payment is not received by the close of business on 10th (or next business day if the 10th is on a weekend or holiday).

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

La Reina makes tuition assistance grants on the basis of need as evaluated by Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS).  Assistance is not granted for merit, and not all aid requests can be honored.  Families who receive financial assistance are asked to provide in-school service and to participate in school fundraisers.  Failure to complete these duties may result in the loss of financial assistance.

Tuition assistance applications are considered for those students who have completed the registration process.  Information about the application process is available from the La Reina Business Office.  Parents complete the application online; a fee of $29 is due to TADS at the time of submission.  The Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees reviews all applications received from TADS.   All of the proceedings are strictly confidential.

Any information submitted in connection with tuition assistance applications is subject to audit and verification.  Applicants may be asked to provide documented evidence to support information on the application.  The school may require the completion of IRS Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return (included in the information packet) to verify tax returns.
