After making the CIF playoffs last year as a team as well as qualifying in individual singles and doubles, the La Reina Tennis Team hopes to continue the tradition of success in 2012. The Varsity and JV Teams are open to all students in grades 9-12. Practices are after school at the La Reina Tennis courts; Varsity 2:50-4:45 and J.V. 4:30-6:00, on all non-match days.

The Varsity team consists of nine starters as well as a group of alternates. The Varsity line up consists of 3 singles and 3 doubles teams. The JV match play consists of 5 doubles matches. The season starts August 23 and runs through the 1st week in November. Post-season play will continue into November.
The coaching staff is looking forward to a fun and competitive season continuing the great tradition of La Reina Tennis.
