Members of the International Thespian Society, “Thespians”… - Are members of an honorary organization recognizing and rewarding excellence in the theatre arts program
- Thespian membership is viewed as an honor and a goal to which participants in theatre arts program aspire.
- Membership is attained through a combination of performing & behind the scenes work
- Members earn award levels through continued participation
- Members enter theatre competitions and attend Thespian Master Classes after school
- Thespian members hold offices of responsibility in Regent Performers
- Attend an annual Leadership Workshop and the State Thespian Festival
- Thespians receive a seal on their L.R.H.S. diploma
- Honor Thespians (those with 60 or more points) earn an honor cord to be worn at graduation
- La Reina’s Troupe 1018 of the International Thespian Society boasts 10-15 members annually
