La Reina High School and Middle School is home to an excellent international program. We do not view our program with the single-minded goal of including international students into our American culture; our international students also provide an opportunity for our American students to learn about and understand a culture that is different from their own as well.
Our La Reina community thrives by encouraging our students to develop their own unique talents and our approach with international students is no different.
Director of International Students and Support Services Mr. Jake Cousineau lived in and taught English in Asia for five years, where he had previously studied as an international student himself. Mr. Cousineau’s experience enables him to understand and connect with international students who are taking on the difficult task of navigating a new culture and education.
International students applying from countries outside of the United States and requiring a Form I-20 to attend school in the United States should contact Mr. Jake Cousineau.
We encourage families visiting the area, located in Southern California halfway between beautiful Santa Barbara and world famous Los Angeles, to schedule a private tour of our campus.
Please contact Mr. Jake Cousineau for any questions regarding the program or application process.
