You can do more than you ever imagined.
This is something of a mantra at La Reina. Athletics helps build teamwork and sportsmanship, it promotes friendships, and it teaches the value of practice. But more than all of this, we believe that athletics has the power to teach young women that they can achieve beyond what they even dreamed possible.
Through smaller teams and one on one attention, our coaches are able to give girls the individual direction they need to not only realize their goals but to go well beyond them – and to have great fun at the same time.

I think it’s important for every individual to feel valued, regardless of their rank as a swimmer. Every student has an important place on our team, and without each one of them we wouldn’t be as great.
