Upon approval, a letter confirming acceptance of the application will be mailed to the student.
In addition, a letter will be mailed to the student’s coach. The coach will receive an Attendance Report and a Progress Report form at the end of the season/semester from the student. These forms must be mailed by the instructor to the office (Attention: Athletics) as outlined in the acceptance letter. Without receipt of the forms confirming participation, the student will not receive a passing grade or credit on the transcript.
If denied, a letter confirming the denial of the application will be mailed to the student and instructor.
A copy of the letter—acceptance or denial—will be kept in the student’s cumulative file.
